Project Features:

  • An overflowing pool with "slit" edge detail.
  • 40 jets arranged in rows that arch to mirror the bridge crossing the Main Lagoon and linking the new market to the Shopping Mall. Spine detailing of this pool creates a visual link to the Upper Pool of the main lagoon. Within the pool, there are 4 different water feature shows offering visitors varying displays at different times of the day.
  • The Upper pool is free falling laminar weir cascade 40 meters long and lit for spectacular nighttime viewing.
  • The Main Lagoon water feature showcases an array of hundreds of custom nozzles producing fog spray, dramatic water heights up to 45 meters and surging effects to recreate the noise of the surf. Throughout the day there are 3 shows and in the evening the water is lit and draws crowds to 9 different water feature shows choreographed to music.

About the Project:

The impressive main water feature at Al Kout is nestled between two malls and covers approximately 300 by 50 meters. Within the mall are three distinct water features.
